YOUR POCKET CINEMA COMPANION

More than
a showtime.

Keep the details that matter close, from choosing a screen to getting ready for the film.

01

Get to know your seat.

Explore available seating references and estimated viewing zones in the app. Some plans are partial; they do not show live availability.

02

Your plans, in your pocket.

Save your own screening details and create an Apple Wallet pass from the app. An original ticket code is optional; cinema admission still depends on your valid booking.

03

Keep the next one in mind.

A watchlist, country browsing and film-language filters help you plan your next visit. Core tools work without creating an account.

Plan your first visit

FROM THE FIRST LOOK TO THE LAST TRAILER

Make it
a movie night.

Book with the cinema. Keep the useful details together in Cinema Scout.

  1. Scout your screening.

Choose a country in Films, then explore connected sessions. Compare the auditorium’s screen, sound and available seating reference before you book with the cinema.

  2. Save the details.

After booking, open Tickets → Create a pass. Check the film, cinema, local date and time, hall and seats, then tap Save. Your original ticket code is optional.

  3. Keep a Wallet copy.

Open the saved booking and tap Add to Apple Wallet. Review the pass and confirm. Creating it needs internet access and a device that supports Apple Wallet.

Can I book tickets here?

Cinema Scout is an independent guide. Where available, a listing links to the cinema’s own programme or booking page. This site does not sell tickets, reserve seats or show live availability.

Are all the screen details verified?

Sources vary. The guide labels official summaries and community reports, keeps individual measurements attributed and leaves unknown information unconfirmed. A venue’s format listing does not mean every hall or every screening uses that format.

Why is a seating plan missing or partial?

We only include seating references that can be supported by a source. Some rooms have no reference yet, and some captures cover only part of the auditorium. Those limits are labelled. Screen and sound information can still be useful while a plan is unavailable.

Does a Cinema Scout pass replace my cinema ticket?

It is a personal copy of your saved booking details. You can optionally include your original ticket code, but admission still depends on the cinema’s valid booking. Keep the original ticket and check the cinema’s requirements.

What is available in the beta?

The iPhone app includes cinema guides, supported programme feeds, seating references, a watchlist and personal ticket tools. Coverage varies by country and cinema. Optional Cinema Scout accounts and private sync are available in supported builds. Community posting is still a local preview in the public 2.0 (4) TARS beta. The Version 1.0 (5) ENDURANCE candidate adds private profile setup, visible calendar tools and moderated public Community; local phone testing comes first, and the candidate has not been uploaded or released. Menu translations are being reviewed separately.

Can I join the public beta yet?

Yes. Join through the public TestFlight link, then follow Apple’s steps on a compatible device. Apple controls build availability. The available beta is 2.0 (4) TARS. Version 1.0 (5) ENDURANCE is a separate local candidate, not uploaded or released; an App Store launch is planned for 5 November 2026, subject to review and final checks.
